The production line is consist of six part:
1. Distributed control system
2. Full automatic winding machine
3. The inner surface treating machine
4. Automatic welding/ spindle fixing /gas charging/carrying robot
5. Robot for automatic cylinder fixing and moving
6. Continuous curing station

Brief introduction of each part:
1. Distributed control system
The basic control section consists of industrial computer and PLC. Though industrial network the control section communicate with winding machine, inner surface treating, welding robot, cylinder fixing/moving robot, continuous curing station so as to control the production line automatically.
2. Full automatic winding machine
The mutli-spindle winding machine has two winding units and one winding unit has five spindles. It has achieved automatic fibre spreading, fibre cutting and all the winding process can be completed without any manual intervention. When the winding is progressing on one unit, the cylinder fixing/moving robot is working on the other unit. So when we finish winding on one unit the carriage can move to the other unit immediately to begin next winding. At the same time the winding unit which finish winding just now will help the cylinder fixing/moving robot to move the products into the curing station and prepare next inner fixing and winding.

3. The inner surface treating machine
The machine implement activating treatment to the surface of plastic inner though plasmatron. Drive generator is a 4-axis motion, one axis drive the inner to rotate, other three axes drive the generator.

4. Automatic welding/ spindle fixing /gas charging/carrying robot
This set consists of automatic welding machine, spindle conveyer belt, gas charging, inner transfer and robot.

5. Robot for automatic cylinder fixing and moving
The robot is used to transfer the inner from surface treating machine to the winding machine and then to the curing station.

6. Continuous curing station
