Brief introduction
VG4FW-3-500winding machine is designed
specially for manufacturing SBCA, CNG and other vessels with small polar.
It has many properties such as high positioning accuracy and high
productive efficiency. So it is specially fit to volume-produce. Its main
technical characteristics is as follows: servo motors of spindle, carriage,
radial feed and are
all from abroad. We adopt the imported ball screw to drive the carriage and
radial feed. SO the positioning accuracy is very high and running is more
smooth. The position-controlling module which is used to control the
position of carriage is made in America. Its function is
stronger and its quality is reliable. So it is more accurate.
The software has friendly interface and
is very convenient fro setting parameters. So it is easy to operate and
learn.
